Chocolate Mousse

OMG this is so good. I made it to fill a cake but you may eat it in individual cups! Try this, you won't regret it, if you don't like chocolate don't make it ;)

Ingredients:

6 eggs
200g of semi sweet chocolate
100g soft unsalted butter
1 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream, already whipped
3.5 oz sugar
2 oz confectioner sugar

Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Mix with sugar until creamy.

Melt your chocolate with the butter in the microwave or on the stove with a double boiler method, do not let the water boil! Mix well.

Add the egg yolk/sugar mixture, incorporate both mixes gently without over mixing.

In an electric mixer beat your egg whites until soft white peaks have formed. Incorporate your egg whites to the chocolate/egg yolk mix, do not mix, incorporate gently so the egg whites don't loose their peaks.

Beat your heavy whipping cream and confectioners sugar until soft white peaks have formed.

Add whipped cream to your chocolate mixture. Incorporate gently, without mixing.

Refrigerate for at least 5 hours. Serve cold.

Enjoy the goodness of chocolate.
